Norlan Corporation was founded in 1983. Rob Rueber opened the brokerage to serve a multitude of land acquisition and development projects. In that time, the company has managed and transacted sales on over 60 acres of commercial real estate, and tens of acres of residential properties. Norlan has conducted business with several large stakeholders in the Puget Sound region, including Weyerhaeuser, Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco and Opus.
Today, Rob, Shane and Jack Shui provide a broad range of real estate services to Seattle, Bellevue and the Greater Eastside, Federal Way, and Tacoma markets. They bring generations of real estate experience to bear for every client, whether purchasing a townhouse in the Eastside, selling luxury real estate and vacation homes, or breaking ground on a new hotel along the I-5 corridor.
Jack Shui and Shane also specialize in serving relocation clients. Their process enables each client to successfully relocate to the Seattle Area on their terms, and on a schedule that suits their needs. Even in the most competitive neighborhoods, they've been able to educate their clients and have them under contract within days of arrival ... closing and moving into their new home in little over a month from first introduction.
